To look at life as anything but an adventure is a reduction to its magic. What is interesting is that when you shift the paradigm of life as an adventure, the spotlight is on the behaviors and stories that are created vs. output or achievements. The achievements, instead, serve as chapter marks. Getting caught up in the rat race is easy, it almost feels as if we are swimming downstream. The seduction of the rat race is fierce and relentless. The creation of thoughtful habits is a necessary defense. Quality habits reduce our vulnerability to the rat race charm. Once the rat races charm is shielded, we begin to make decisions that align with our soul. This invites serendipitous opportunities of chance to enter. This is where the adventure of life lives.
